MARINE DEALER TECHNOLOGIES LLC DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSES AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR TO THE CLIENT, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, ERROR OR OMISSIONS OF THE CLIENT. THE CLIENT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY MARINE DEALER TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND HOLD THEM HARMLESS FROM ANY ACTIONS THROUGHOUT THIS SITE. The client agrees to the condition set forth by Marine Dealer Technologies LLC. The client agrees to pay Marine Dealer Technologies LLC for services rendered pursuant to the schedule posted on the about us page Marine Dealer Technologies web site. Rates may vary if associated with a participating manufacturer (contact your manufacturers). This agreement will continue for the term of 12 months. Contracts wills be automatically renewed annually unless written cancellation is received 30 days prior to the last billing cycle. Payment cycles are automatic on 30 day intervals, via our online credit card service, scheduled for a period of 12 months. All orders are subject to approval by Marine Dealer Technologies LLC. Upon acceptance to Marine Dealer Technologies LLC, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the client. An order may be refused, or delayed awaiting conformation of information on the client's application. Marine Dealer Technologies LLC holds the right to suspend or cancel a customer's account without notice for any reason. Marine Dealer Technologies LLC may amend this agreement as needed. Continued use of this web site by Marine Dealer Technologies shall be deemed your acceptance of any such modifications.
